We are talking about the Citroen SpaceTourer Hyphen. The model is a concept car that explores the wild side of the brand’s latest utilitarian people carrier, the SpaceTourer. The car was developed with the help of pop group Hyphen Hyphen, nominated for this year’s French music awards. The young group from Nice is famous on the electronic pop scene, and they contributed to the creation of this concept vehicle for Citroen.

Let’s start with the interior. It features three colors along with a few black elements that are standard on the car, like seat hinges, air vents, steering wheel, and a few others. The dash is half turquoise, half orange, and so are the seats. In the upper half of the interior, at least.

The lower half is colored a light shade of khaki. The upholstery comes with orange stitching and orange fasteners. The roof itself is turquoise as well, but still features some orange for good measure.

On the exterior, we find the same three color combination, only with less turquoise. This time, the light shade of khaki has orange accents on some elements. The inferior parts of the vehicle, like the padded plastic ornaments on the lower parts of the body, are black, but they also feature orange trim. The shiny black rims have a chrome finish for their edges, where they meet the tires.

If we look at the back of the vehicle, we have an orange car with green accents, because the light khaki shade is only visible at the front of the car. The roof rails also boast an unusual design. We must admit, this concept car looks pretty close to production spec. While painting the interior trim might be a difficult feat, the exterior orange on the rear half of the car is easily achieved through a custom wrap.

The wheels you see in the pictures will be hard to obtain, though. Because they look like a model only made by Citroen, and there’s no word on production for this funky concept car. However, this is Citroen, so there is still a chance they might build a version like this.
