The software allows users to configure their own Citroen DS3 - as the car is one of the most customizable vehicles on the market, they will have plenty to play with. The Citroen DS3 app uses and ‘EGO configurator”, a features that guides users through a bespoke survey in order to determine the best DS3 options for them. The software can be downloaded for free from Apple’s App Store.

Users can enjoy touch-sensitive features that change the color and patterns on the virtual car’s roof, body, wheels and mirrors. After users have created their vision of the perfect DS3, the application allows them to request an e-brochure and book a test drive. The app also serves as a satnav system, indicating the nearest Citroen dealer.

In addition to that, the DS app allows users to access media content and interactive features. For example, the software can display the latest issue of the “DS3 Mag”, a bespoke publication that presents news from the world of fashion, design and lifestyle. The DS3 App can be downloaded by following this link.

The Citroen DS3 is based on the C3 model and is the first in a special line of DS Citroen models - this will be a premium division of the carmaker, marketed as a sub-brand. The Citroen DS4 and DS5 are expected to be released soon.
