Fiat makes so many versions of the 500 Abarth that we forgot most of them already, and some are convertibles. These Italian stallions on a budget a hugely popular and as such profitable for the company.
Last year, Citroen made a car similar to the 500C. It's called the DS3 Cabrio and we think it's desperately pretty, if a bit impractical. Now though, Citroen is looking at that car from a different angle, with a race-bread version that can also play in the sun.

It's called the DS3 Cabrio Racing, and it's basically like a hot hatch with a huge sunroof. Powering it is a 1.6-liter THP engine which is rated at 202bhp (207 PS). We say that in bhp because this one-off concept is going to make its official debut at the most prestigious event in the UK calendar, the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Performance should be decent, but Citroen has stopped short of detailing it. We're guessing 0 to 100 km/h in just over 7 seconds and a top speed just north of 200 km/h. But the coolest part about this car is the looks. It's got carbon fiber, huge 19-inch wheels, Black Chrome accents and an overall high-tech look. This is no old man's Citroen!

Inside, the concept car has bucket seats with a DS watchstrap design in three types of fabric – Nappa full-grain leather, DS-embossed leather and Alcantara.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
