Chrysler Opens New UK Dealers

After closing the doors of thousands of dealerships in the United Kingdom, Chrysler continues the European expansions with two new stores in the United Kingdom. Heritage Leicester, from the Aylestone Road in Leicester and Cardiff’s James & Jenkins on Station Road in Llandaff North, will sell all Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge branded vehicles, according to theautochannel.com and will offer full servicing facilities and after sales services.

"We are very pleased to open this new franchise. The staff here are all relishing the prospect of promoting the brand and establishing ourselves as one of the country’s leading Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealers," Fred Heritage, Managing Director and Dealer Principal of Heritage Leicester, said.

"We are very proud to be the only Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealership here in Wales and have a strong range of vehicles available with a great reputation. I look forward to delivering a first class service to our new and existing customers," Managing Director and Dealer Principal of James & Jenkins, Mark James, added.

Chrysler will bring several models in Europe as part of the strategic alliance with Fiat, including vehicles which were until now available exclusively to Americans. Furthermore, it will begin selling rebadged versions of European models that will help it improve fuel efficiency of its product lineup in the United States.

"I am delighted with the continued expansion of the Chrysler network and believe this will further enhance the success of Chrysler vehicles in the UK. Both new dealerships have a wealth of experience in the motor industry and we are very pleased to welcome them into our network of dealers,"
Federico Goretti, Managing Director at Chrysler UK Ltd, said.
