Chrysler Improves its Pre-Owned Vehicle Program

Chrysler Group has redefined its Certified Pre-owned Vehicle (CPOV) program, and now offers customers an easier pathway for the acquisition of a used vehicle.

The new features include a new website, which provides all the necessary information, and an extended dealer network that offers more vehicles. In order to be eligible for the CPOV, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram vehicles must have less than 65,000 miles and be less than six years old.

The program offers features such as a pre-inspection, a history report, a three month/80,000 mile overall warranty, a six-year/80.000 miles powertrain warranty that includes full road assistance support, the option to purchase a lifetime warranty and others.

"Now is the perfect time to benefit from a certified pre-owned vehicle purchase. Chrysler Group LLC's Certified Pre-owned Vehicles take the uncertainty out of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Our program offers consumers 'certified' peace of mind with benefits like a Carfax vehicle history report, 125-point inspection, and some of the best warranty options in the business."said Fred Diaz, President and Chief Executive Officer-Ram Brand and Lead Executive for the Sales Organization, Chrysler Group LLC.

"We are excited about, and believe customers will appreciate, the improvements to the program," Diaz added. "The new Web site offers a number of features that help customers easily find a vehicle that fits their lifestyle."
