Left without its President and CEO, the Ram Trucks brand will be headed by Reid Bigland, who’ll also continue to hold the leading roles at Chrysler US Sales and President & CEO of Chrysler Canada.

In addition, Tomothy Kuniskis was named President and CEO of the Dodge Brand, while Bruno Cattori was appointed President and CEO of Chrysler de Mexico, a position previously filled by former Ram Trucks leader Fred Diaz. Finally, Jason Stoicevich has taken over as Head of the Fiat brand for North America.

"These appointments are part of the Chrysler Group's strategy to continuously reinforce its leadership ranks as we continue on our path to achieve our business targets," said Sergio Marchionne, Chairman and CEO of Chrysler Group LLC. "They are a further confirmation of the depth of our talent pool and of the exceptional opportunities that are available to our people as part of their career development."

Nissan US announced Saturday that Ram Trucks’ CEO Fred Diaz was named Divisional Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Customer Quality and Dealer Network and will be charge with “day-to-day operations of the Nissan Division in the United States”.

Diaz decided to leave Chrysler after 24 years with the Auburn Hills-based company.
