Many drivers can and drive cars on the road, in traffic, through tight spots and any other more difficult situation they may find themselves caught up in. Yet when it comes to parking of the parallel kind, things get a little trickier.
Parallel parking seems to be the Achilles’ heel of many drivers which, as stated above, do well in any traffic related situation. It may require a special skill, which is in a separate part of the brain, and therefor it’s not as developed. As you can see, the driver in this video is clearly perplexed by how to slot his car in the gap, despite it being more than adequate to fit his car inside.
After a few failed attempts at extremely odd angles, the driver gives up and then does some bad parking in a different (but still visible) parking spot further up the road. We hope he didn’t dent any of the parked cars!
