Chevrolet Sonic Bungee Jump Launch

Chevrolet launched their sub-compact Sonic hatch that’s built in the US by literally launching it off a platform built from shipping containers stacked up high.
The new Sonic is tied to a bungee chord and launched off the ten-story structure structure that was located in the Long Beach Convention Center.

According to Chevrolet, this is the first time that one of their cars got a digital launch in the company’s history, which now spans 100 years. Not that there was Internet 100 years ago. The Sonic bungee jump is part of Chevrolet's "Let's Do This" campaign, which also has its own dedicated website.

Here you can win your own brand new Sonic by doing things that you haven’t done before.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
