General Motors is getting ready to introduce the Chevrolet Malibu sedan to Malaysia. The info was revealed by an official Chevrolet dealer flyer that lists the Malibu as “coming soon”, Paultan reports.
The four-door sedan will arrive in Malaysia to take on the likes of Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and Hyundai Sonata, but there’s no info on when the vehicle will go on sale on the Asian country. The 2014 Malibu is motivated by a number of four-cylinder engines, with outputs ranging between 160 and 260 HP, but GM also offers a 3.0-liter V6 version.
The current-generation Chevrolet Malibu was introduced in 2011 and went on sale in the spring of 2012. Built in the United States, South Korea and China, the global sedan received a facelift for the 2014 model year.
