Chevrolet Corvette C5 Convertible Destroyed Through Tuning

OK, so you own a Chevrolet Corvette C5 Convertible. There are many ways to improve your vehicle, or you can just leave it in a stock form, as GM has made sure that the vehicle offers a good overall package. However, some guy in Turkey decided that he had to give his example of the car an extreme makeover, choosing a disastrous approach, as Autogespot reports.

The poor car has been forced to change its identity, receiving an exterior kit that makes it a monstrosity, and we’re not saying this in a good way. The entire car comes with eye-scratching features that make you want to throw a huge paper bag over it. However, the part that really seems to be coming from a trash can is the rear end.

The owner and/or the creators of the Weirdman suit of the car weren’t satisfied with ruing a ‘Vette. An aura of harm was also sent to the Pagani Zonda, as the design of the rear seems to be inspired from the Italian hypercar.

As you can see the vehicle uses a centrally-mounted quadruple exhaust mounted high and surrounded by an oval element that uses a shiny finish. The taillights were replaced by custom ones that use a vertical layout (the new taillights alone don’t look bad at all).

And if you think this was bad, just wait until we get to the upper and lower extremities of the rear end. There’s no way of making this sound OK, so we’ll just say it: the car comes with a Battlestar Galactica sticker that runs on the entire width of the rear, an ultra-massive wing and uses an XXL-sized bumper with a ton of oversized fake aerodynamic elements.
