Chevrolet Corvette C3 Stingray Becomes a Rally Car

The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is known for being many things. You can park this car into the middle of your living room, polish it and allow it to put a smile on your face every morning. You can make sure that it runs smoothly, take it out and let the back end slide, you can... the list can go on for a few pages, but we’re not here to tell what uses we’ve found for the C3 ‘Vette.
Instead, we want to show you something that we wouldn’t have believed if we hadn’t seen it: a Corvette Stingray rally car. In case you were wondering where you can see this beauty in action, we have to tell you that the vehicle competes in Switzerland.

The adjacent video allows us to see it in action during the Rallye Critérium Jurassien 2012 and, as you’ll be able to see, the car is really being put through its paces.
