Chevrolet Camaro SS Sold for $5.28 on Auction Site

Some people are unbelievable lucky, so lucky in fact that even they can’t believe what struck them. One of the fortunates is Jonathan Mason, who won a brand new 2011 Chevy Camaro SS at a ridiculouslylow price on a penny auction site that has been recently launched. The Camaro was the first car to be auctioned on the site and drew 82 bidders from 16 states.
The auction opened at noon, and within 75 minutes he was winning bidder.

"It didn't click at first, then I started yelling and my wife told me to take it outside because she was trying to put the baby down for a nap,"
Jonathan Mason was quoted as saying by mlive.com.

As any normal human beings would be, he was shocked when the results were declared and found himself the proud owner of the beautiful and sleek muscle car. What makes it more amazing is the price Jonathan had to pay for his new car: an amazing $5.28.We'd mention that the car would have cost $35,000 under normal conditions, but he managed to grab it for the price of a big burger. The auction ended on Saturday, the same day as the inauguration for the auction site.

The 36-year old Mason could not believe his luck when he saw his name emerge as that of the winning bidder. The auction site also provides valuable services for its winners. They ship the car to them if the situation demands it and also provide payment for taxes due on the new vehicle.
