Spring has arrived in force, bringing with it slightly sunnier skies and better weather to the roads of Britain. Chevrolet knows this, so it is announcing a big spring offering on many of its models, plus new new great-value personal contract hire packages and five-year warranty as standard.
The offers include savings of up to £3,335 on the race-bred Cruze compact saloon, and massive savings on the Aveo and Spark superminis, all of which are offered with the big warranty, but only for retail customers.
British motorists who are interested in owning a new Spark can get between now and June a saving of either £1,510 or £1,490 against the list price of the popular 1.0 LS model or the range-topping 1.2 LT respectively.
The five-door LS, which now costs £7,495, comes with a comprehensive list of standard equipment, including air conditioning, six airbags, electric front windows, remote central locking, body-coloured bumpers and roof spoiler, a six-speaker CD stereo with MP3 USB connectivity and front fog lamps.
Meanwhile, the LT (now at £8,995) gets 15-inch alloy wheels, climate control, roof rails, sports bumpers, a trip computer, rear electric windows, steering wheel audio controls, height-adjustable seats and electrically-operated heated door mirrors join the standard spec list, making it far and away one of the most luxurious models available in this price range.
If you want a supermini, but would prefer the Chevrolet Aveo, you can also expect some massive savings this spring. The S trim level, with either three-or five doors, starts from as little as £6,995, representing a saving of £2,575, while the five-door Aveo S offers an even bigger saving at £7,495 - £2,695 below the regular price.
Chevrolet is also discounting the Cruze saloon, as until the end of June the 1.6 LS model is available for £11,195 OTR, a massive saving of £3,335 against list numbers.
