German tuning company Carlsson has developed the CS 60 Royale, a project based on the Mercedes-Benz S600, offering both visual and tech upgrades.

The twin-turbo V12 powerplant has been gifted with a sports exhaust and an ECU remap, and now delivers 600 hp instead of the factory stock power output of 517 hp. As for the peak torque, this was limited to 755 lb-ft (1024 Nm). Thus, the luxurious ride can now hit 62 mph in 4.3 seconds, rivaling supercars.

The vehicle has also been gifted with an exterior kit, which consists of a front lip, new side skirts, front and rear bumpers, as well as oval tailpipes. In addition to that, the tuner has also brought a stainless steel front grille, new fog lights, LED daytime running lights. The vehicle rides on 1/10 Brilliant Edition lightweight alloy rims that come in a 20-inch size.

Carlsson offers a wide variety of goodies for the interior, with the extra topping being head set logos, sill plates with blue illumination, as well as a metallic plaque that has its unique numbering and is signed by the tuner's president, Mark Schuster.

Carlsson officially entered the Chinese market last month, starting its business in Shanghai.
