Candy Audi Q7 on 30-Inch Forgiato Wheels

Continuing our regularly scheduled program of cars that used to look good but don’t any more, we give you this Audi Q7.
This SUV has been painted in an interesting candy apple red scheme and is sitting on massive color-coordinated rims. These are 30-inch Forgiato Grassettos finished in chrome with red accents.

Even though the Q7 is a big boy, we don’t thing goliath was ever envision with such large rims. One of these Germans will set you back $46,000 when new and promises to do up to 29 mpg with a TDI clean diesel engine under its hood. Though no matter what this guy has under there, he will never get close to that.

The Q7 is the first SUV offered by Audi, back in 2005, and was clearly aimed at the US market, with its substantial bulk being a key attribute.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
