Camber-Style Scion FR-S Goes Viral by Getting Stuck

For the most part, the design is popular in Japan, but there's a booming JDM community in America as well. This next video represents everything that's wrong with car shows right now, including Ford Mustangs and wheels that completely ruin your handling.

Our hero car is quite old, and we say that because it's the Scion FR-S, not the Toyota GT 86 that's available right now. It's not exactly the most powerful sports car in the world, and some say it even hurt Toyota's reputation.

Those BBS wheels are so aggressively cambered out that the owner had to take the front fenders completely off. But the biggest problem here is that there's not enough rubber in contact with the road.

The "obstacle" stopping this 200 horsepower coupe is a speed bump so mild that a mobility scooter would still be able to climb. But the bonkers FR-S gets immediately stuck. He tries the old trick of approaching it at an angle, but it doesn't work. Several youngsters rush to push it, perhaps excited that they could help or eager to cop a feel.

And you know this is a JDM fan club when you see two Bosozoku-style mufflers sticking out the back of the car. Boy, this Toyota is so embarrassing, even the Civic owners can laugh at it!

Sometimes, crazy camber is achieved using air suspension components so that the car can be lifted back to normal. But here, the owner opted for much cheaper suspension inserts that lock the wheels at an angle. We're pretty sure that once you go past a certain speed, this deathtrap will break into a million pieces.
