After teasing the next-generation Escalade’s headlamps and showed us how some of the cabin’s parts were made, Cadillac has released a new photo that previews most of the SUV’s interior.
As we can see from the photo above, the vehicle’s interior sports a number of premium materials and features, including hand-stitched leather, wood trimming, as well as other hand-crafted surfaces.
As a reminder, the 2015 Cadillac Escalade will be unveiled on October 7 in New York City. The ceremony will be attended by indie rock photographer and director Autumn de Wilde, who produced a series of portraits and a film that highlight the SUV’s design process.
The manufacturer has yet to reveal technical details on the new Escalade, but word has it the SUV will be underpinned by Chevrolet Silverado’s new platform. Power will come from GM’s 6.2-liter EcoTec V8 engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
