Cadillac DeVille on 30-Inch Rims in Toronto

The DeVille is a car that belongs to the old wold of Cadillac, the one before they started comparing themselves to BMW, before they ever had a CTS-V, turbo engines and racing car affiliation. It’s a pure cruiser, a traditional piece of American luxury.
This video shot by ThaPlatinumPlayer proves to us the donk phenomenon has made its way to Toronto, Canada. He says this is the very first car in the city to be fitted with 30-inch rims, though that might not be the case.

Toronto is a big city and a very multicultural one at that, which explains why you have Japanese imports, tuned VW Golfs, trucks, low rides and this monster all in the same place. Donks are hugely popular in the south, particularly Florida and Georgia, but Toronto?

We don’t know why the owner lies about the year of the DeVille and says it’s a 2013 model, but we can tell you it’s probably a 2000-2001 car.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
