Being a Volkswagen and a popular van model, it's not unusual to see the Caddy receiving attention from the custom car world. However, this project is far from the norm of custom wheels and paint.
Reflex Auto Design, a body repair and paint show in the UK, made this bad boy for owner Dan Bray. Literally, nothing about it is normal, and just to get your attention, we'll mention the fuel filler cap is from an Audi R8. And to draw extra attention to this, the doors have been removed for a flush wide.

Now that we got the introduction out of the way, let's establish the base car, which was a normal Caddy van with a 2.0 TDI engine. The fender flairs come from the rugged Alltrack model, while the front bumper is a mix of the old Caddy and the Golf 7.5 R, which donated its intakes and grilles.

The badge is different too, for some reason. Normally, it would sit higher and create a notch in the hood. Moving on to the rear, we see new LED taillights and a bumper that mixes elements from the Golf 6 R. The grunt itself comes from a Golf 5 GTI Edition 30 engine which has been boosted to 360 horsepower. Pop the hood and you will see HPA intake manifold, VWR air intake and an Inconel down-pipe connected to a titanium exhaust system. This is a manual car with upraded track suspension and a performance clutch as well.

The interior? Just as crazy, featuring Porsche Boxster Spyder seats, carbon fiber, air vents from the Audi RS3 and a hazard button from the TT. With a full roll cage and custom Alcantara upholstery, this Caddy looks ready to race.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
