Flanking the license plate are two Pittsburgh Steelers chrome emblems, which could only mean that Marc loves his local American football team. It’s more than obvious that we’re actually dealing with a football fan’s car rather than a Hertz enthusiast’s car, but more importantly, Chevrolet doesn’t offer a solid stripe for the C8 Corvette. Your only options for the 2020 model year are Midnight Gray, Sterling Silver, and Carbon Flash Metallic full-length dual racing stripes at $995.
The 2021 Chevrolet Corvette will add a few more options, namely orange, red, yellow, and blue in addition to Stinger stripes on the hood in Edge Yellow, Edge Red, and Midnight Silver. Those who are waiting for the Z06 to roll out with a flat-plane crankshaft V8 and roughly 600 horsepower on deck will have to wait until early 2021 for the 2022 model year according to a recent report.
