The Chinese automotive producre BYD (the name stands for Build Your Dreams) has now innaugurated its North American headqurters in Los Angeles, with the company claiming that it is in need of a 150 person workforce, with the positions ranging from engineering to management ones.
The move comes one year after it was supposed to happen, with the company delaying the electric vehicle sales kick off (the carmaker cited the limited availability of public charging stations) and is now handling solar panels, LED lighitng and eco busses.
