But Why? Jaguar E-Type Has Nissan 370Z Headlights and Taillights

Is this even real? We can't believe that somebody took the Jaguar E-Type, widely considered one of the most beautiful cars ever made, and merged it with a Nissan 370Z.

It's like the reverse of the cosmetic surgery where Asian people try to look more European by getting rid of their double eyelids. Here, the round eyes of the Jaguar have been replaced by angular-looking Nissan examples, and we can't say that it's had a positive effect.

The same thing is happening around the back, where the E-Type Coupe has sprouted new taillights. There's a chance that this is actually a replica of some sort, which would explain why the wheels and exhaust look slightly out of place.

In fact, we know nothing about this vehicle. The license plates seem to be from Australia or New Zealand, which is supported by the steering wheel being on the right side of the car. Heck, these photos we found on Yasid Design's Facebook page might not even be real.

Everybody in the comments section keeps saying that the 370Z headlights should have gone on the Datsun 240Z instead of the E-Type. Obviously, that would have made more sense, but the people who created Frankenjag weren't interested in that.

Why the paralel between the E-Type and Z? Well, both offer views over long, blistered hoods. They also share sleek fastback rooflines and luggage space under the rear deck. The modern 370Z owes a lot to the original Fairlady. It has three gauges because of this car; it has a long hood and a big engine because of this car.

Of course, a 240Z and E-Type can be separated by separated by two zeros when it comes to the price. Which is all the more reason why there shouldn't be a classic Jaguar with modern 370Z headlights.
