Have you ever tried taking your fast car to the woods for a mud drifting session? It's all fun and games until you notice just how deep the sticky stuff can get into the machine and, as you can imagine, the aftermath of such a hooning session may requite more than just a detailing bill.
You would imagine that such consequences, which can shake, rattle and roll your wallet as much as they can trigger your OCD, will keep car collectors away from using their four-wheeled jewels for such purposes.
Well, you'd be wrong and the proof comes from the piece of footage at the bottom of the page. The clip provides sliding evidence on incredibly rare and expensive machines being used for the kind of activities that would normally involve ATVs.
We're looking at a mixed surface drifting session (think: tarmac and sheer mud) that involves a pair of Bugattis, two Lamborghinis, as well as a LaFerrari.
The drivers involved seemed to have a thing for senior models, with the LaF being the obvious exception. Oh and let's not forget the special edition tag, which always defines collector cars.
To be more precise, we're talking about a Bugatti EB110 Super Sport, a Lamborghini Miura SV, as well as a Countach LP500 (possibly an S model). We've saved the best name for last: the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse WRC Edition - who knows? Maybe the driver of the Molsheim animal mistook the World Record Car abbreviation for something like... World Rally Car and kickstarted this whole adventure.
While we can't be sure about that, we're certain of one thing, namely that the kind of velocity stunts we have here can be considered the exact opposite of the garage queen treatment. Truth be told, we're not sure if this adventure is a dream or would be more suitable for the nightmare category.
