Buick has announced plans to continue the 24-month “Experience Buick” promotional lease program it launched in March 2012.
The program offers free OnStar, satellite radio and scheduled maintenance and has helped Buick sales increase last year, with more than 33 percent of the brand’s business done through leasing.
According to Buick-GMC US vice president of sales and service Brian Sweeney, Buick is now gearing up for an initial wave of off-lease customers who were among the first to sign up for the “Experience Buick” program two years ago, Automotive News reports.
"The message was to continue to grow and continue to conquest. Retaining those Experience Buick customers will be key,” Sweeney said.
Buick US sales rose almost 14 percent to 205,509 units last year. Almost half of the vehicles delivered were Enclave models, the crossover SUV recording its best US sales year ever.
