With Bugatti having recently dropped the 2019 Divo at Pebble Beach, we are now back on the topic, as we want to bring you a live take on the matter. And while we've spent plenty of time beholding the pumped-up exterior of the Chiron-based hypercar, this time around we want to focus on the interior.
Unlike the skin of the Divo, its cabin isn't too different from that of the Chiron. In fact, the main change comes from the new bucket seats, whose extra lateral support is here to ensure the occupants can handle the 1.6 g that the beast can deliver through the corners.

This lateral acceleration number is the highest in the history of the marque and, to understand how it helps the vehicle, we'll mention that the Divo is a full 8 seconds quicker than the Chiron on the Nardo circuit in Italy - keep in mind that the two share the 1,500 hp quad-turbo W16 motor.

The two-zone cabin of the Chiron is maintained, while the color scheme used on the presentation model allows for a splendid differentiation between the driver and the passenger area.

You'll find plenty of Alcantara inside the Divo, with the material being used as an indicator of the weight saving measures introduced. Of course, the diet is more of a status move than anything else, since the newcomer is just 35 kilos (make that 77 lbs) lighter than the Chiron.

Speaking of colors, the red hue of the steering wheel-mounted buttons is also new - on the left, you have the driving mode selector, while the engine start/stop button sits on the right.

Keep in mind that the devil is in the details, as, for instance, these buttons might resemble those in the Audi R8, but they have a totally different effortless feel to them.

If you're willing to part ways with €5 million for a Divo, you should know that all 40 examples of the hypercar have been spoken for.

Nevertheless, you can check out the cabin details of the Divo at the 9:39 point of the Shmee150-delivered live video below.
