It’s not the first time when we stumble upon one of Tecnoart Sersan’s awesome projects involving a MV Agusta, but this time it’s the all-new Dragster 800 which got a nifty makeover.
While the MV Agusta Dragster 800 was introduced earlier this spring in two very sporty liveries, White and Matt Metallic Grey, Technoart Sersan was obviously not 100% fin with it. So a Special Edition was obviously the next thing in line for the Milan-based fellow.
The result is rather spectacular form an aesthetic point of view, because it introduces colors MV Agusta has never used. A synonym for sport bike excellence, the house of Varese always relied on the sobriety black liveries always introduce, or the passionate, ageless red in combination with silver and the occasional gold accents.
However, with the new approach MV Agusta has in the last couple of years, offering more affordable and more versatile machines to a growing pool of young customers, we might see the Italian brand replicating Suzuki’s successful Special Edition recipe.
That is, instead of offering Special Edition bikes which are significantly more expensive because of technical extras they’re equipped with, the offer includes bikes machinery with stunning, limited-run liveries to tell them apart from the series models. And with such machinery offered for only a small premium over the base price, we could see business booming for MV Agusta.
