Day for day, this year's celebration comes exactly 40 years since the 1 millionth Sky-Doo was manufactured in 1974, TNT Everest 440. 20 years separate the Sky-Doo # 3 mil from the Sky-Doo # 2 million, which was made in 1994, a Summit model, also.
Initially in a run which was supposed to be sold in Europe, the 3 millionth Sky-Doo will join the other 2 in the Valcourt, Quebec J. Armand Bombardier Museum.
The founder of BRP manufactured the first Sky-Doo back in 1959, and little did he know that 54 years later his legacy will be so huge.
