Britney's Ex Charged after Voluntarily Hitting a Man with his Mercedes

Britney Spears' ex-boyfriend might go to jail if he is to be found guilty of the three felonies he is now charged with.

According to People, Adnan Ghalib was charged by L.A. County District Attorney  with three felonies including assault with a deadly weapon. In addition, the 36-year-old paparazzo also faces  battery and hit-and-run charges. He has not yet been arrested, but an arrest warrant has already been issued on his name.

But what happened in fact? Well, it seems that Britney's ex hit a man with his car on February 11. The victim was trying to serve a temporary restraining order on behalf of Britney Spears when Ghalib suddenly got into his Mercedes and drove it directly to the poor messenger.

The victim jumped on the hood and hung on as the car served. Finally, he fell off and due to the impact, the man broke his wrist and suffered cuts and bruises. According to the District Attorney, Ghalib drove away without stopping to see whether the victim was ok.

Following the incident, Britney's ex was accused of assault with a deadly weapon, hit-and-run and battery. What's more, he risks to spend the next seven years in jail and prosecutors are asking bail be set at $110,000.

Judging by this story, we might just as well assume that Britney's ex is a dangerous and stubborn man. Whenever things are not as he pleases, the only solution he might think of is attack.

Remember the movie "300" when a messenger was the killed by the Spartan king because he was bringing bad news? This is the feeling we had after stumbling upon this case...
