Of Pharrell, we’re quite certain you have heard before. Happy would be one of his biggest, recent hits which we’re pretty sure you also heard of. How do these connect with Foxes and Citroen? Well, music would be what they have in common. And pure, old classic auto marketing, of course.
Louisa Rose Allen is a 26-year-old British singer who goes by the name of Foxes on stage. The rather young artist is best known in the US of A for her featured vocals on Zedd’s 2013 single “Clarity”, which peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 and won a Grammy for Best Dance Recording.

At least that is what Wikipedia tells us. I, myself know Foxes ever since I stumbled upon her life performance in the Radio 1 Live Lounge, covering Pharrell’s Happy song (I listed it below).

There’s another somewhat cute detail we like about her, other than her beauty, of course, and that’s the fact she still hasn’t passed the driver’s license exam. In fact, half of her partnership with Citroen is about that. The other part is the fact they had Noel Gaughan, a driving instructor who worked with stars such as Adele and Niall Horan, to teach her how to drive.

So, while the 26-year-old singer is getting her new album prepped for this year’s release, Foxes will also be driving around in a brand new Citroen C1. It was recently unveiled that French company also partnered up with the British talent in a unique world record attempt.

You’ll catch on the details in the video below, but we’ll just tease you with this: it has something to do with a line-up of gigs that takes place over 12 hours time.
