Brand New Jaguar XFR-S Crashed During Manchester Hooning

Egos tend to flare up when you bring together lots of young people with more money than common sense. That's exactly what happened this weekend at the Gumball Meet in the British city of Manchester, where a Jaguar XFR-S driver discovered his V8 had too much power for the road.

The first video, which is from Instagram, shows how the XFR-S driver was actually trying to drift his Jag. This is not only stupid, but extremely dangerous, considering all the people wondering onto the street. The first piece of footage shows the very C63 AMG crash we discussed in our earlier story, proving there's no shortage of crazy drivers in Manchester.

Why did we say "brand new" in the title when the Jaguar XFR-S isn't all that? Because the Youtuber who uploaded the second video says this is a 64 plate car. Last time we checked British registration systems, this means the Jaguar was purchased after September 1st. That's right, it was less than a month old!

Here, you can see a couple of C63 AMGs, an M5, A 45 AMG and an older Audi S4. Can you imagine what things would be like if all those guys started hooning about. I guess this proves some drivers really are unaware of their own mortality, as any sane person wouldn't be going this fast around other unpredictable V8 performance car owners.

Finally, the last piece of footage we've managed to get from the Gumball gathering shows the aftermath of the Jaguar crash. This 550 horsepower sports saloon will need a lot of TLC, as its front suspension left and rear right suspension has buckled, together with most of the bodywork.
