Brammo Starts Production in Hungary

Brammo is making the first international moves as far as production is concerned, as we learn that the Enertia and Enertia Plus electric motorcycles will be manufactured in Hungary.
The new production facility will supply the worldwide sales for the aforementioned models, at least for now. There's no hints as to whether Brammo plans to expand the number of bikes to be produced in Europe.

Brammo teamed up with Flextronics in September 2010 and the deal was made to outsource manufacturing to a global partner. The idea was to manufacture the bikes on the same continent where they were supposed to be sold, but it looks like for the moment, Hungary will deliver bikes in North America, Europe and Asia.

According to Electric Race News, the Hungarian plant can manufacture up to 660 bikes a month. However, we doubt the factory will work at full capacity, even though we'd like to see this many bikes sold each month...
