Both vehicles use a twin0turbo 4.7-liter V8, which, in standard form, delivers 435 hp and a peak torque of 516 lb-ft (700 Nm). Brabus offers its PowerXtra module, which is wired into the car’s electronic control system, which brings new parameters for the ignition, injection and boost and is available in two stages.

Stage One boosts the output to 490 hp and 575 lb-ft (780 Nm), while Stage Two, which also brings a new intercooler, raises the bar to 520 hp and 604 lb-ft (820 Nm).

The latter offers impressive performance: the 0 to 62 mph sprint is covered in 4.5 seconds, while the top speed sits at 186 mph (300 km/h), which is why Brabus has fitted a new speedo that climbs up to 220 mph (360 km/h).

The tuner has also covered the handling area, offering a lowering module for the ABC (automatic body control) models, which brings the cars 25 mm closer to the road, while the connection to the road is established using wide range of lightweight alloy rims. The stopping power has also been upgraded, with the cars using high-performance 405×35 mm cross-drilled discs and gripped by 6-piston aluminum calipers.

As for the visual part of the deal, Brabus offers an aerodynamic pack for the Cl 500, which includes lower front spoiler, subtle boot lid lip, illuminated side skirts, as well as a custom lower section for the rear fascia, which makes room for the new exhaust.
