We've gotten used to bringing you some of the most insane drag races out there and yet, when it comes to the sprint battle we have here, we can't help but feel things have gotten out of hand on the attention magnet side of the car world.
Such a conclusion is only normal when you're dealing with a pair of cars that have been built for purposes which have nothing to do with such shenanigans.

To be more precise, we're dealing with a Brabus B700, which packs 700 hp for those who consider the 536 ponies of the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6 make it underpowered. As for the second vehicle involved in this high-octane brawl, this is a Rolls-Royce (does the model even matter?) Phantom Coupe.

Despite the Rolls being serious behind in terms of sheer power (if we can say that about a 453 hp car), the otherworldly weight difference between the two means this race is somewhat balanced.

However, the conclusion mentioned in the intro is reinforced through the messages delivered by the stickers on each vehicle. For one thing, the six-wheeler is a rental, with a German company offering this for EUR4,500 ($5.026 per day). Oh, and by the way, if the bovine hiding a few extra cans of gasoline on the roof of the offroader is too ostentatious for you, the same company offers a much more reasonable Lamborghini LM002.

As for the Rolls, it doesn't matter what kind of sponsorship or deal you make, you're not exactly saving the planet when you're drag racing one of these V12 coupes. The mobile billboard idea would work great as a trolling move, though.

Regardless, you can check out the oddball drag race in the piece of footage below and while the start wasn't 100 percent accurate, it probably doesn't matter all that much.
