Pretty soon, tuning companies will go out of business, as carmakers have mastered the art of factory-spec customization. Such is the case with the latest model year of the G-Class that's available in plenty of insane colors.
Solar Beam is one of them, part of the Crazy Colors option system. You can have your G63 colored like a crazy plumb or a raging hulk. It's up to you!

Not surprisingly, one of the customers who crossed the doorstep of famous in-house tuner Brabus had a Solar Beam G63 AMG that he wanted tricked out.

The Germans went directly to their Widestar bag of tricks that they revealed several years ago and started replacing body pats. From the front, you will immediately notice the carbon fiber insert for the hood that also includes a scoop. There is also a Brabus grille in black, new headlights, extra LED daytime running lights, large air intakes, and special trim.

Round the back, Brabus changed the spare wheel cover and installed a new bumper with integrated LEDs. They also added a large wing on top of the bodywork and finished things off with black wheels and a sports exhaust system. We've seen plenty of Widestar-converted G63s, but this one has more carbon trim.

The interior is fitting for a bold 4x4. It combines classy black leather with bright yellow stitching. The combination is not unlike a pair of shoes I used to own. Brabus also replaced the carpets, re-trimmed the seats, added ambient lighting and badged everything.

The reason you don't see one of these everywhere is that the custom treatment can raise the price to approximately €270,000. But if you open the hood, you may realize that it's an extraordinary vehicle, as the 5.5-liter engine is almost unrecognizable, thanks to its gold air intakes. Not only does it look cool but it also produces 700 horsepower thanks to new turbochargers and other goodies that we'll let you discover.
