Most superyacht designs are there just to get your attention. Still, some spring from the minds of well-established leaders that know very well what they are doing. So well, in fact, that this design could be seen on waters whenever someone with enough cash decides to step up to the plate.
What you're feasting your eyes upon is known as the Bora motor yacht. That’s right, it’s not considered a superyacht, but once you get a feel for it, you will agree with the title of this text.

Before we go on about the ship, know that it’s the brainchild of two yacht designers, Turquoise Yachts and H2 Yacht Design. Turquoise is known for a few very futuristic designs which we’ll get to learn more about as time goes on, and H2 is well, H2. If you don’t know anything about them, click here to check out their site, or keep reading to find a few links that will transport you (via sorcery) to other articles written about some of their other designs.

Now, this vessel may bear some resemblances to other designs pushed out by H2, but some subtle changes have created an entirely new vessel. First off, the hull comes in with 265 ft (81 m) of length, offering more than enough room for any perks you can think of.

Because it is a concept, for the time being, the designers didn’t go through the trouble of looking into building materials. However, the attention to the exterior is one that should be able to be achieved with modern-day techniques. Even the superstructure seems to be right up there with some existing designs. I’m sure that with the right amount of cash, this puppy can end up looking just like this.

One perk the Bora isn’t missing is swimming space. One of the main attractions for you to dip your toes in is the massive pool found aft. Aside from a pool large enough for a party of 20+, there’s also a number of beautiful sunbeds and pads lining the pool, just waiting to give you the perfect surface to catch a Trump-like tan. Another body of water is found in the form of a jacuzzi on the owner’s deck and another on the sundeck.

Aft, we also see another deck above the pool. Here, indoor lounging and dining areas are found, along with a number of guest cabins and two VIP rooms. Above this deck, we can see the owner’s deck, inclusive of an indoor and outdoor lounge and al fresco dining. The perks of being an owner, however, include your own private massage and treatment room. I wonder what kind of ‘treatments’ billionaires receive.

As for the bow of this design, we will also find a helicopter pad with wooden stairs to guide guests towards the interior where the party is happening.

But the true beauty of the Bora lies aft and alongside the laterals of the hull. If you’ve had a look in the gallery, you may have noticed a beach club pop up out of nowhere. This is achieved by foldable panels and doors in the hull’s design. The tender and toy garage seems to be no different and can be seen exposed on the laterals of the hull.

So take a nice long look at the design you see, and try imagining yourself floating in some Caribbean bay with your friends having absolutely nothing more to do than blow away all the money in the world.
