In case you missed the crazy video in which famous rally driver Ken Block drives a tuned-up Ford F-150 RaptorTRAX on the top of some snowy mountains, the producers have blessed us with yet another chance. Whenever somebody shoots a video, there’s a lot of footage that ends up on the cutting room floor. So, as the main sponsor, Monster Energy decided to release this part into a bonus video.
The 46-year-old professional rally driver is currently part of Hoonigan Racing Division, formerly known as the Monster Energy World Rally Team. Even though that is his full time job, Ken is also a great fan of action sports events involving a big range of crazy stunts, including skateboarding, snowboarding and motorcross.
Ever since he sold his DC Shoes ownership, Block focused on Hoonigan Industries as he is currently the co-owner and Head Hoonigan in Charge at the company. In other words, the man affords to chase his dreams and keep pushing the limit.
The original edit of Ken Block’s RaptorTRAX Shredfest released last month had some epic footage of the snow-tread-wearing truck driving atop mountains, carving its way through the snow and doing all sorts of crazy stuns along his fellow snowboarders.
But the bonus footage is as amazing as the first, so we thought it was worth sharing with you guys. In fact we put both clips below, just in case you wanted to see the first one again.

And that is exactly what he did the moment he switched the wheels of his truck with built-in snowboard racks to actually take the beast for a spin on the top of the mountain. Having snowboarders Zak Hale and Ethan Deiss along, Block headed to Baldface Lodge in Nelson, British Columbia and took things to a new level. The original edit of Ken Block’s RaptorTRAX Shredfest released last month had some epic footage of the snow-tread-wearing truck driving atop mountains, carving its way through the snow and doing all sorts of crazy stuns along his fellow snowboarders.
