Bobbemir Triumph Bonnevile by Vintage Racers

Do princes in Qatar ride custom Bonnevilles on a daily basis? Maybe they do, maybe they don't, but one thing is for sure: they like their Bonnevilles looking great! So that brings us to one of Vintage Racers Motorcycle's most amazing builds, the Bobbemir. And no, the name Bobbemir has no German touch to it, it's simply because "emir"is one of the terms for Arab prince.

Vintage Racer used a brand new 2012 Bonneville for this build. Since the brief included the need to support a heavier-build rider, Ohlins rear shocks have been installed, and a camel skin custom seat replaced the standard one, together with new, hand-made fenders.

The Bobbemir also received LSL footrests and handlebars, with a Daytona tail light was mounted, with its round design perfectly matching miniature blinkers. Harley-Davidson-inspired Kineo rims replaced the stock ones, and we totally dig the red ends of the spokes. Sual Honda Dax silencers got a ceramic treatment and their exhaust lines got nifty wraps.

Finally, a Thruxton triple clamp made the front end a bit more compact, and OEM gaiters add to the retro styling. With no dramatic cutting and welding involved, Vintage Racers proved that French customizers are no strangers to awesome style bikes.
