BMW just revealed a special edition of the popular roadster R 1200 R, an almost ideal combination of agility and classic looks with the advantages of a boxer engine that develops 110 HP.
The new model is done in a classy combination of black and white and is dubbed "DarkWhite". The special features include light white pain work on the front mudguard, fuel tank, taillight cover, headlight cover and fairing and black drivetrain and bespoke wheels.
The frame also received a new color, now being asphalt grey, whilst the swingarm, rear axle housing and triangular wishbone are matte black. To top it all off, the fork tube is now done in a beautiful anodized black color. The price tag for this special edition model is a cool EUR13,000 in Germany, including VAT.
However, you'll have to wait until October 1st to order it so hold your horses until then.
