7 Ages' Ian Solley is a Brit who was used to working his custom magin on Harleys, and who wanted to tread a different path, so he got a restored '82 R80 and set his imagination free. The result is the Romeo 80, bike evoking the old machines, but with a completely different and at the same time, stunning attire.
For starters, the frame become a hardtail and received a Harley-Davidson FXD fork. All metalwork was commissioned to Dave Batchelar of P&D fame, the renowned UK metal workshop. Reshaping the tank to fit better in the build was only the beginning, as Dave went on and fabricated the sleek front fender and the breathtaking rear one with the embedded seat.

After having the engine and the carbs re-worked on, Ian also brought in SuperTrapp exhausts for a killer look and serious performance. The 18” wheels of the original BMW have been replaced by massive 23” rims from Steve Taylor of Taylor-Made Wheels.

Classic Cycle Works brought in their painting art and the 7 Ages Romeo 80 was ready to roll. And if the bike rides half as nice as it looks cool, we're set for life. Via BikeEXIF.
