Last week, a suit was filed with the California Superior Court in San Francisco charging BMW and an aftermarket seat maker called Corbin-Pacific for causing one owner of a 1993 BMW motorcycle a “severe case of priapism (a persistent, lasting erection).”

This began after Henry Wolf of Sausalito took a four-hour ride on his favorite BMW bike built almost two decades ago. Since that day in September 2010, the man has been plagued by his problem.

Thus, mister Wolf has filed for emotional distress, as he is "now is unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish." He expects damages to be payed for lost wages, medical expenses, emotional distress and "general damage."

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
