Next to the new M3 and M4, BMW was also working on an exclusive equipment package for the LCI E89 Z4 that eventually ended up named Pure Fusion Design that is supposed to add some aesthetic appeal to the roadster.
According to the press release, the Pure Fusion Design edition features precision seams, surfaces and exclusive stitching, Nappa leather trim, specially designed sport seats in Ivory White with contrasting brown stitching and perforated seats (including on the side supports of the seat backs).
Moreover, the armrests, door panels and the passenger pull handle have been upgraded with exclusive leather and contrast stitching. The window sills, the dashboard and instrument cluster scoop are covered in black leather contrasted with brown seams.
On top of all these interior design changes, the Pure Fusion Design edition will also have a new paint color available, dubbed Sparkling Brown metallic that made its debut on the new F15 X5.
