In the UK, the new M3 Sedan and M4 Coupe will definitely be big sellers. That’s because the island has one of the biggest BMW communities in Europe and possibly in the world and the two will surely continue to be adored amongst the Bimmer cult, at least.
The BMW officials are aware of this and they set up a video, published on the BMW UK Youtube channel, explaining the two new models (like they needed any more explaining after taking just one look at them).
Amongst the people that went in front of the camera to ‘explain’ things you’ll find Cristoph Smieskol, Product Manager for BMW M and Matt Collins, Product Manager BMW UK.
If you ask me, there’s nothing more to explain, the numbers say it all: the new M4 Coupe will be faster than a Porsche 911 Carrera 4s with the automatic double-clutch gearbox (PDK) that is priced at roughly EUR116,000 to begin with. The BMW counterpart won’t go above EUR80,000. Enough said!
