BMW Motorsport Signs Deal with MAHLE for 2014 Season

The MAHLE Group is very well known around the world for its engine control unit systems and its filtration and engine peripherals business that generates billions on a global scale, yearly.
At the moment, the company has some 65,000 employees around the world, working in a total of 140 production sites and 10 major research and development centers.

Apart from making various equipment for most manufacturers around the world, the company is also involved in the DTM, Formula 1, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the WEC, the WRC and in the NASCAR Series. This year, it will be teaming up with BMW in the German motorsport competition.

After signing a new deal with ZF, just yesterday, the two companies agreed on making MAHLE another official partner for BMW in the 2014 DTM season. The company will be supplying filtration and engine peripherals for BMW throughout the competition while its logo will be worn by all eight DTM cars.
