The new F10 BMW M5 is a car that can do so many things and now it has managed to master yet another skill - being a police car. BMW has unveiled an M5 police car the Welt Museum in Munich, Germany.
The M5 is dressed in the usual “Polizei” livery and comes with a light bar. However, the vehicle seems to be the US model (the M5 recently made into American showrooms), since it offers specific features, such as a manual transmission, a speedometer that uses mph, not km/h, as well as a different front bumper.
This shouldn’t matter for now, as the vehicle is a concept and since BMW hasn’t issued a press release so far, we don’t know what the company’s intentions are. Should the vehicle make it to the street, the officer behind the wheel will get to play with 560 hp and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque.
