BMW M4 with M Performance Parts Wallpapers: The Thirst for Performance Is Real

We never expected the 2015 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show, which is currently taking place in Las Vegas, to bring some serious news from BMW. However, the Germans surprised us by bringing some exciting M Performance Parts to the venue.

They basically showed what parts you can buy to enhance the BMW M4 and the BMW M2 without the need to go to a third party or to check if anything you might want to buy is compatible with your car. By offering these OEM parts, the Germans made sure that the owners of these M cars can upgrade them even further with no hassle.

All the parts shown are plug-and-play and do not require any changes to be made to the car. Furthermore, they make a huge difference in how they look and need no further introduction.

For the M2, the M Performance Parts that will be available next year include black gloss trim grilles with matching trim ring surrounds, carbon fiber side mirror caps, a carbon fiber rear spoiler, a new suspension, and a sports exhaust with a flap system.

For the M4, you can now get M stripes for the body, as well as M Performance aerodynamic components: canards for the front bumper and inserts for the intakes, side sill attachments, mirror caps in carbon fiber finish, a diffuser, and a rear wing.

Regarding performance, you can go even further and install a new suspension developed by KW, which has stiffer springs and a revised bump stop tuned specifically for this car. The height drop can go from 5 mm to 25 mm (up to one inch) and is compatible with the factory adaptive EDC function, because about 75 percent of the cars sold in the U.S. come with it.

It should be noted that the car in the wallpapers below has been fitted with this new suspension (available starting with June 2016) that lowered its ride height by 20 mm. That being said, let’s enjoy some eye candy.
