BMW M4 Looking Sharp on MORR Wheels with M Performance Splitter

The guys from MORR wheels didn’t waste no time after the first M4s started being delivered and they immediately started measuring all sorts of things to see what kind of wheels would fit the new M car perfectly.

Since the M4 is now offering both conventional steel brakes and Carbon Ceramic ones, the brake calipers differ. In consequence, the wheel size is also different, depending on your choice. If you go with the stock brakes, you can fit 18 inch wheels. If you go with CCB, you’ll need at least 19 inch ones.

After they were done measuring the brakes, they started looking at the suspension, fenders and quarter panels to see just how wide the wheels could be. Long story short, after they took everything into account, they actually came up with a new wheel, specifically designed for this car.

They called it the Monoforged VS53 and it’s featuring a concave design with a hand-brushed tinted copper finish. Measuring 20x9.5 inches up front and 20x11 inches round the back, the rims are also wrapped in Hankook V12 EVO2 255/30/20 and 285/30/20 tires.

The guys weren’t done with it though and, as we were writing about their car, we found out that they went to the guys from iND Distribution for a couple more parts.

They got one of the first M Performance splitters in the US and we were surprised to see just how big of a difference it made. Check out the photos in the gallery below to see for yourself.
