BMW M3 Ring Taxi vs. Ducati V4 Nurburgring Chase Is an Overtaking Lesson

The M3 we have here is a Ring Taxi (the one run by Nordschleife specialist Apex), while the Ducati was hooned by a private rider - note that the motorcycle is the one we need to focus on.

You see, this M3, which packs a few track-friendly mods, is quite the Ring tool. Nevertheless, it's obviously that the Bimmer is no match for the Italian monster.

And while the rider could easily push things to the limit and quickly pass the car, he chooses to keep the adventure at, say, eight out of ten. To notice this, you can check out the rev counter, as well as the passing style of the man.

The benefits that come from this aren't few. For one thing, the motorcyclist gets to enjoy the Nordschleife experience while staying as safe as possible in Green Hell conditions.

We mustn't forget the splendid chase he delivers, as he decides to stick behind the BMW M3 Ring Taxi for a few minutes of the run.

And his behavior also means those around him can enjoy the famous German circuit without having to worry about an accident between their machines and the Ducati.
