Culture is a wonderful thing. Go around the world and you’ll notice that every country has its own habits, its own way of saying thank you and specific means to make you feel... Different.
It’s not that every nation out there is out to get you or to make you feel alienated but the way people think and perceive notions can differ by quite a lot even between neighboring countries.

Take the United Arab Emirates, for example. Some claim that the ludicrous amount of money people have in this country, good taste is a rare thing to spot. They might be right but from a cultural point of view, things are different.

Arabs are known to boast with their wealth and do everything in their power to gain as much money as possible. For them, having the most expensive item possible is a thing of pride, no matter how ugly it might seem to other people. That’s not what matters. What matters is how much they paid for it.

At the Abu Dhabi BMW dealership you’ll get to see some crazy combinations. Cars decked with every possible optional feature wink at you from behind the glass and some are even taken one step further.

One such car is this BMW M135i M Performance Special Edition, unveiled back in February. The hot hatch features all the possible M Performance parts you can get, from carbon fibre mirror covers to side sills, bumper lips, exhaust system and everything else.

On top of those, it was also ‘decorated’ with orange details and checkered flags all over. Of course, the number 1 decal couldn’t miss, alongside some M Performance wheels. It might not be the best looking 1er out there but it might very well be the most expensive.
