BMW Is Still the Number One Brand in Germany According to ADAC

As usual, the largest auto club in Germany and Europe altogether, ADAC, performed its annual survey to find out which brand brings the most satisfaction to its customers from the plethora of manufacturers that is currently available on the old continent.

It came as no surprise when BMW managed to keep its number one spot for the second consecutive year. The survey conducted by ADAC set out to find out which drivers are most satisfied with their cars. Besides the pure enjoyment of the car itself, they also took into account the satisfaction with dealers and services.

In the end, BMW won, being followed closely by Audi (that also retained the second place they had last year), Honda, Toyota, Mini (another member of the BMW Group), Mercedes (that lost two positions since last year, now being ranked 6th), Volvo, Skoda, Volkswagen and Mazda completing the top 10.

The most impressive improvements came from Honda and Toyota, the Japanese manufacturers gaining no less than 5 positions each, going from 8th and 9th respectively, to numbers 3 and 4. For the complete listing, check out ADAC’s website.
