Since the world is currently over overexcited with BMW's new i8 sports car, everyone is onboard BMW's i plan. Theophilus Chin couldn't just stand by and let such an occasion pass him and started working as soon as he saw the production model.
But what car could he come up with, based on the i8? Surely not a Gran Coupe! However, BMW did release photos of an i8 Spyder Concept, a car that looked exactly the same as the i8 Concept just with the roof off and 2 less seats
Now, that we can feast our eyes on the production model, we can also think about how a roofless model could look like. It's not a particularly difficult job for Theophilus, he just had to erase that part that usually covers your head when driving.
